Mt. Longonot

I climbed Kenya's Mt. Longonot with some friends this weekend on three hours sleep (that time difference will getcha when u trying to talk to the States) but it was all good. it was more than good. proof below, in picture form.

Other highlights of the wknd included my first Shabbat in Africa, courtesy of friend and fellow JDS alum Jon Lerner (man can cook), and dialoguing with some Kenyan friends about race and racism in America. really interesting

Carol comin thru in two weeks. oh yes

  1. Hey B-

Just found this. Why does your blog have to peregrinate along with you? Can't you just leave it in one place as you travel - then I wouldn't be three months late to the party - every time.

"Sleepless in Taiwan" and "Is this Real" have nice RSS feeds, now filed under "deprecated" (once filed under "cool people I like"). I'm sure this blog also could be made to RSS its posts, but then I'd be setting myself up to miss "Baller in Bali" and "Tox in Sox visits Ft. Knox".

Maybe now that I'm on facebook I'll be able to keep track of your earthly wanderings. There's gotta be an app for that.

    Big hugs & best wishes,
    Miguel
